So I may not have a degree in automotive design, but you don’t exactly need that to tell if a car is not all that. And this 1937 Plymouth Pickup modded with a rear-mounted engine is definitely not all that! Not because the maker of this thing left any stones unturned in retaining the charm of the classic vehicle, but because it doesn’t make any sense to have a giant protruding hood left empty and have all the precious space at the back hogged by an immovable 500 cubic inch engine with a giant exhaust pipe sticking out like a sore thumb. I mean the Cadillac Eldorado engine is one of the classics but really, there still are some things that please more when left to the imagination rather than shoved in your face.
