It is the classic cars section that I have always enjoyed the most and it is lovely to know and at times learn as we take a constant look at the classic and vintage cars each day. It is like knowing your own pasta and your own heritage and at times just admiring something that you have known since long. The age of the ‘Retro’ was when Buick was the car to move ahead in and this 1983 Buick Regal was a car that was as popular as any in its time. As much as I like vintage cars to be kept as they are, we have enough Buick’s to do a bit of revamping with one of them.

This is the 1983 Buick Regal, all chrome removed and painted to match the new stock color paint, Grand National hood and deck lid spoiler. Both front and rear bumpers have been shaved. It has been lowered with Belltech dropped spindles in the front and coils in the rear. The new look gives it a whole new feel and keeps it more in tune with the today’s world and actually takes a touch of the 80’s away from the car.

I guess without flashy bright colors which will dazzle you and put a smile on your face, it is just not something from the 80’s! Hand fabricated fiberglass trunk panels are added along with ARC Audio ARC12″ subwoofers, ARC Audio FD1200.1 Mono Block, ARC Audio FD4150 4 channel amp. The whole car is wired with Hooker Audio wiring and Dakota Digital amp temperature and volt meters. With new Buick built seats and wonderful interiors, the 1983 classic looks as good as new.
