I can see why people keep coming up with environment friendly vehicles all the time. The only thing I don’t get is why they keep come up with things that can’t really be used in real life. Take for example this AMKAR E-6. This wheel-chair accessible van claims to run a whooping 30 miles on a single charge while comfortably seating six adults in it. It has safety glass windows, headlights, taillights, turn signals, stop lights, seat belts, basically the works. And since the van is completely open on all sides, you save a hell lot of power on air-conditioning, but the van has no answers for what are passengers supposed to do when it’s raining, or snowing or the sun is too damn harsh in the day as it boasts of a top speed of mere 25mph! The only use I can find for this thing is at a home for the elderly or the hospital or a rehab facility of some kind where people can enjoy a pleasant drive around the grounds but cannot make a dash for freedom!
