If you’re afraid that the new stereo system of your car would be stolen, then why not just replace it with an old stock radio? Or, even better still, fake it! With a little velcro and lots of epoxy glue, you can fix the faceplate of a stock radio over your brand new music system of the latest style. The car stereo stock radio fake-out allows you to remove the faceplate whenever you’re using your real player and fix it back to fool car thieves on the prowl. Each car stereo would look different, and with an old cassette tape jutting out of it, nobody would be tempted to steal it.
