Striking picture, to begin with! If the question regarding its roots is put up here, many would return with ‘Russia’ as the answer. Not that the language written on the barrel gives us a hint, even the designing sense is a strong indication and then of course, the link at the end of the description. They have put it up as the ‘wheel barrel’, but I guarantee you that it has a different meaning altogether, except in Russia of course. The plenteously designed ‘thing’ is being used as an advertisement car for some hotel; I wonder what that hotel looks like then! More images follow.
