A second diesel option has been added for Suzuki SX4 sport crossover range. The vehicle will now also sport Peugeot’s 1.6 DDiS engine in addition to the already available 120 PS 1.9 DDiS unit.
The new engine delivers 90PS of power and 215Nm of torque. Mated to a five-speed gearbox, the engine provides a fuel economy of 53.3mpg and carbon dioxide emission levels at 139g/km. The top speed is at 109mph and the vehicle can make it from zero to 62mph in 12.2 seconds.
Equipment included in the vehicle are similar to those offered in the 1.6 GL but there are added goodies like manual air conditioning, heated door mirrors, 16 inch alloys, roof rails, front fogs and wheel arch extensions. Pricing for this model begins at £11,999.
