Abt Sportsline took the ‘little’ brother of the Touareg up for a tuning exercise and came out big. The tuners have enhanced the exteriors as well as the performance of the Tiguan. A new body kit now adorns the Tiguan.
Modifications to the front spoiler and front grille make the appearance more aggressive, the tuners have also touched the fender extensions to further enhance the muscular look. Other enhancements include door strip attachments, new rear skirt and rear wing. The owner gets a good lot of wheels to choose from; the AR or BR wheels with their corresponding spokes are available in 18, 19 or 20-inches.
Power output from the engine has been enhanced, the 1.4 TSI now delivers 200hp in place of the original 150hp, the 2.0L turbodiesel now pumps out 170hp up from the original 140 horses. In case you want more power from the diesel engine, you can opt for the Abt Power S with the new Abt Turbo that takes the output of the 2.0TDI to 200hp.
