Alfa Romeo 147 has a special model that has received a treatment from Ducati Corse. The limited edition model will debut at the Bologna Show with a number of performance tweaks and a more aggressive look.

Changes over the standard 147 start with a ’sport button’ for the ‘racing ambiance’ of the entire package. Located in the cockpit, the sport button varies the mapping of the accelerator pedal, allowing the driver to choose from a normal or sporty configuration. Other standard equipment consists of chromed exhaust pipes, satin finished 18-inch alloys. Red brake calipers are optional. The limited edition car is available in three colours; red, black and white.

Interiors are inspired by Ducati Corse and there is a BOSE audio system. The model also gets Alfa’s new Q2 self-locking front differential system for improved road hold, traction and stability. Power comes from a 170 bhp 1.9 JTDM turbodiesel that takes the car from a standing start to 100kmph in 8 seconds and touch a top speed of 215kmph.
