The middle-east is a region well known for blinged out exotics, for no specific reason, but just for the heck of it. This time around, somebody in Kuwait decided that a Bugatti Veyron by itself is not bling enough, and had the car painted in gold. The paint has been combined with tan to give it a more “exotic” look. We’ll just say it isn’t as ghastly as the golden Rolls Royce.
