Aston Martin, defending its GT1 title will reach this year’s LeMans in the famed blue and orange livery of Gulf Oil. Two Aston Martin DBR9 cars will race not only to retain their title, but also to mark 40 years of the first victory of Gulf racing colors at this 24 hour race. Aston Martin’s cars, wearing the iconic livery will be numbered 007 and 009. Well, the first number also reminds us of the brand’s association with a British spy.
