In an award ceremony at Hockenheimring, Audi was crowned the Sportiest car of 2006 - as voted by readers of German car magazine Sport Auto. Audi has taken first place in four classes in the poll with the A3 2.0 TDI, the A8 TDI quattro, the RS 4 and the S8.



This poll has leveraged Audi as the most successful brand of all in this year’s readers’ poll. Scoring a total of 41.7 % votes it truly proves that Audi is Germany’s favorite band.



Not only that, the Audi brand group, Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder achieved a landslide victory in the class of convertibles and roadsters costing 90,000 euros or more.
