Audi Q5 is all set for a debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Based on the A4 platform, the Q5 will go on sale in the USA early next year followed by the European markets where the SUV will reach dealerships in the summer.
Expect the Q5 to be big, especially with 300 million euros gone into development. Audi will come with huge engine options in support of the SUVs Quattro all-wheel-drive system. Audi’s four-cylinder and six-cylinder engines and the new 2.0-litre four-pot and 3.0-litre V6 TDIs are likely to find a place beneath the hood of the Q5. Transmission will be the six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic.
An adjustable air suspension and hill descent control will also be present. If this sibling of the Q7 has as much power as the Q7, it will be something to watch out for.
