Scooping out a new track for itself, Audi will debut its diesel fuelled R10 race car at the American LeMans endurance race series.



Though the diesel engines have improved significantly in the past years, but, still it’ll be a killing bet for Audi to roll out a diesel car in front of gasoline/electric hybrid engines. The R10 runs on 5.5-liter turbocharged aluminum V-12 diesel engine pumping 650 HP. Audi claims that the aluminum crafted engine, first of its kind, ensures fuel efficiency.
