Chinese have given automakers around the globe a reason to sweat, but they’re helpless and just can’t do anything but grind their teeth right now. In fact, Chinese are perfect copy cats or cheats or call them what you want, they won’t stop. Name any consumer product and you’ll easily find the Chinese version of it in the market with a competitive price tag and I bet you won’t be able to differentiate it from the original.

And now the Chinese copycats are set to take the auto world by storm with their rather bold copies of western models eating away all the time and money invested by the companies in establishing the brand. It’s stupid to presume that the Chinese technicians will stop after showing their grit with Chery Automobile’s attack on General Motors with its Daewoo blueprints. Others to join the armory include The Hongqi (Red Flag) HQD, please let me know if your first looks can differentiate it from the Rolls-Royce Phantom, the Shuanghuan Laibao SRV, a clone of Honda CR-V plus Audi, Great Wall Automobile’s Sing SUVs with a flavor of Nissan Frontier, and Geely’s Merrie, a real Mercedes C-class.

The story doesn’t ends here, it was just a trailer. What do you think the Chinese have crafted these chics to lure the lamas? No. They’re ready to hit West with a bang. JiangLing Landwind SUV is there as a proof and it’s just a beginning, after all the Chinese dragon have tasted the blood.
