
BMW’s Australian Spokesperson Nandine Guisti put speculations of the next version of the BMW M3 series to be unveiled in Paris to a halt. The affirmative information as per BMW’s M division’s boss Ulrich Bruhnke is that the next version of M3 will be unveiled at next years Frankfurt motor show ahead of its 2008 world launch.
The M3 next version will be a successor to the 252 kW BMW M3 coupe. The unbackable Favorite engine to replace the M 3 coupes present engine will be the 3.2-liter 6-cylinder V8 engine - acclaimed as one of the world’s great engines.
The next version is also expected to be outfitted with the highly talked about 7-Speed SMG sequential manual transmission (from the M5 and M6 zone). However, the ones produced for export will come with the 6-speed manual transmission
