Aston Martin surely has caught the attention and dreams of the British. In a recent survey by DVLA registrations, Aston Martin’s DB9 was found to be the ultimate dream car. Vanquish came close behind at number three, while the Vantage captured the fifth spot in the top ten.
Bugatti Veyron managed to capture the second spot while the Audi R8 came in fourth. Supercars from Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini rounded up the list. To quote Damian Lawson, marketing manager for DVLA Personalised Registrations:
It started as a bit of fun. We were promoting our product on some very classy cars to highlight that while cars like this may be a dream for most of us a personalised number can actually be surprisingly affordable.
With three models making it to the top ten and the automaker being voted at the top in the list of dream car manufacturers, no wonder Aston Martin is considered the coolest brand in UK.
