Lord Drayson, the minister for defence procurement quit his job to get racing. Though critics suggest the leave may be a result of certain problems in Iraq, Lord Drayson apparently is fond of racing.
He had competed in the 2007 Avon British GT Championship and is now set to take on the 24 grueling hours at LeMans. Lord Drayson, 47 with limited vision in an eye, does not have much need for his day job. Being worth £80million does allow a man to indulge his whims!
