Buick Concept earned a lot of appreciation and for those of you who loved this SUV concept from General Motors , there is some real good news. The Buick Concept’s production version made its Debut at the LA Auto show with the Dubbing Buick Enclave and GM claims that the artisanship that made the Buick Concept popular has been passed over to the production version.
The Buick Enclave will be available in two trims namely the CX and the CL. Well that is not just it; GM has packed a punch with a kind of attitude that definitely hints towards their confidence in this Crossover SUV. You name it, they have it: eight exterior and three interior colors, Front-Wheel-Drive and All-Wheel-Drive and all this matched up with Buick’s first six-speed gear transmission.

The lower engine variant is a new 275-horsepower V-6 powerhouse incorporated with VVT i.e. Variable Valve Timing chummed with that Six-speed transmission module. The Higher Variant is a 3.6-liter engine, again equipped with VVT and it is based on GM’s Global V-6 architecture.

GM’s Confidence in this crossover SUV can be ascertained by this citation of their General Manager, Steve Shannon:
Enclave is the new face of Buick and everything we want in future Buicks. It’s an absolutely stunning, high-quality crossover SUV that delivers all the product attributes that define the new Buick - a confident ride, relevant technologies, more luxury features, elegant design and a quiet, comfortable and well-crafted interior. These are the hallmark traits of future Buicks

So we now have one in the Bush from VW and one in hand from GM. The SUV market is in for some high-class competition in the near future. It is just LA people, I wonder what these automotive giants have in store for the Big One back home in Detroit!
