GM has released new images of the Buick Riviera concept, which debuted at the Shanghai Motor Show last year, and is now taking stage at Detroit. NAIAS will mark the North American debut of this stunning concept, which was designed in China by GM with a little help from PATAC and SAIC.

Riviera has returned to the Buick badge after eight years, it was once a very popular car sold under the Buick marque. The concept is inspired from a diverse variety; from water and earth to ancient Chinese artifacts. Riviera Concept is also ready to accommodate the latest hybrid system from GM’s stable. The concept coupe has two gull-wing doors, and a body made from carbon fiber panels. Interiors look cool and futuristic with the blue ambient lighting. Many of these features are bound to be dropped as the concept begins its journey for production. The Riviera concept undoubtedly, is stunning.
