If you had always wanted your car to look different and stand out in the crowd, or in this situation, traffic, then you will definitely love Citadine, a concept car design. The car was designed for the Peugeot brand and it was meant for birds-eye branding, that is, it would immediately be recognized as the one and only Citadine. The designer used strong carbon fiber reinforced polyester body and negates the usage of traditional steel chassis. The body is placed on a supporting universal platform, which contains a battery pack, and a membrane that filters air pollution. It also has sensors to detect bumps, curbs and objects. Probably you won’t run over a road hog the next time you are on the highway. It’s intelligent suspension reduces the risk of collisions and ensures your safety. The transparent design gives you a feeling of transparency and can seat four people. The concept car however did not make it at Peugeot design contest, which is a pity.
