Our world has become so technologically advanced so that one needs unique products to stand out. It also necessarily means that the venue where one displays their designs be as high-tech as the product. If you don’t understand what I am trying to say than these images of Design Expos should prove my point.
Commissioned by Daimler-Chrysler, Almut Weinecke-Ludwig designedthis motor-sport themed traveling exhibition. First seen in Berlin, the design comprises a racetrack made of laminated wood at the Salone Del Mobile in Milan.

Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka has done amazing desings that are of international repute. Last April, he created for Lexus a beautiful display in Milan. He used more than 700km of soft, transparent, acrylic fibers and tied it to a triangular, ceiling-mounted frame creating a tunnel where at its end, a brand new Lexus could be seen.
