I have heard that in the developing countries people are fast replacing Asbestos with Corrugated Iron sheets and many are using the corrugated galvanized iron sheets in construction. I really do not know how well they hold and neither have I ever seen them first hand, but they must not be too bad by the look of things. Anyway, one guy from New Zealand has decided that he would use them to build a fully functional car and that is exactly what he ended up doing.

Jeff Thomson from New Zealand is a worker with corrugated iron sheets and has made almost everything that is possible out of them. Being a motorhead, he decided that he would get down and make a car with them. The exact specifications of this car are unknown, but then the car looks pretty cool. It looks more like an antique that has been pulled out of the ocean after a wreck. The look on the car is both unique and pretty catchy.

The car is a 91 HQ Holden Station wagon and it is nothing like the normal ones you come across. It is nice to see a piece that is both artistic and functional at the same time and hopefully he will make something far better next time for us!
