The Dacia MC concept from designer Andrus Ciprian shows the designer’s vision for what a muscle car for Dacia would look like. The Romanian automaker has no history with muscle cars, and it is unlikely that we will ever see one bearing the Dacia logo, at least not in the way of the American muscle.
The MC concept gets its inspiration from the Dacia 1310, as is clearly visible in the headlights and the grill. Its muscle car look, and form are mostly inspired from the most popular cars like the Lee Iacoca’s anniversary edition Mustang, the Dodge Challenger and the Camaro. Again, the inspiration does present itself well in the design. Ciprian sees a V8 motor for the car, which would send power to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission.
