Dacia has been keeping strong during the current crisis; while other automakers are going down or taking losses, Dacia has been doing well. The automaker has just released the Sandero Stepway, a release that was done simultaneously at the Barcelona Motor Show and at the L’Atelier Renault showroom in Paris.

The car is the European version for Renault’s Sandero Stepway, which is sold in Brazil and Argentina. The European version gets 16-inch alloys, satin-finish chrome front end, chrome longitudinal roof bars and a sporty chrome exhaust tailpipe. It is available in three metallic colors, Feu red, Comète grey and Platine grey. For power, customers can choose between a 1.6-liter 90hp gasoline engine that gives 100km for 7.6 liters of fuel, and a 70hp dCi motor that has a better fuel economy, going 100km on 5.3 liters of diesel. It will be available for preorder in July, with deliveries beginning in September.
