Philo Northrup’s Daisy Singer art car is quite a makeover for the element, the Honda Element that is. The inspiration for the name comes from Singer sewing machines and Daisy stove doors, and the seemingly unrelated names have come together in a car with an intense expression. Northrup says he hasn’t followed any theme but has kept the focus on design and texture.
He’s used oxidation, added some art, and even a live garden on the rooftop. We like his work, and we totally dig the rooftop garden. How eco-friendly is that?!
