Joining other finalists from Japan, UK, Spain, Austria and two from America, Hutz is declared the seventh finalist from 52,000 participants of the famous Treasure Hunt organized by Volvo with Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Interestingly, Hutz’s father, Jim is one of the two other Americans who have made it to round two.
Junoir Hutz shares:
My father introduced me to the treasure hunt and I was immediately hooked. Thankfully, I inherited his clever treasure hunting skills and I’m looking forward to competing against him for the car.
The seven finalists will be flown to an undisclosed location on August 6. They will be participating in a two-day series of mental and physical challenges. The first person to unearth the $82,000 Volvo XC90 SUV gets to keep it.
Result will be made public on August 11; you can follow it online at www.volvocars.us/thehunt on August 24.
