Any bike with 500 horsepower engine needs four wheels to handle the extra power... that is why you see the Tomahawk with four wheels. It is a Viper V-10 based motorcycle built by Daimler Chrysler. Initially, Wolfgang Bernhard, Chrysler’s first partner for the bike was so excited about the project that he planned to produce hundreds of such pieces for under $200,000 each. As of now, Chrysler sold only nine replicas through Neiman Marcus, for up to $555,000 each.
Through the power of the twin throttle engine, the bike can reach 60 miles an hour in about 2.5 seconds, and is believed to have a top speed of nearly 400 mph.
Nevertheless, this super bike cannot be legally driven on public roads. At best, you can glimpse it at auto shows. Besides, who would want to buy a bike for a price as crazy as that, and that too, one you can drive around only at your lawn?
