London’s Heathrow Airport will soon boast of driverless taxis carrying passengers.
These automatic taxis will be used to link Heathrow’s Terminal 5 with parking lot.
This technology has been developed by a British firm named ATS and is named ‘ULTra’.
These machines can pick up passengers once they are instructed and transport them to their desired location.
The vehicle has integrated sensors on the floor which control it along its way.
ULTra should go into business anytime during next year.
