Now, these bikes are straight out of a corny romantic movie from the ’40s. A cycle that is meant to increase interaction between the rider and the pillion rider. There is no provision for the pillion rider to hold the handles so he/she has to hold the rider instead. You could sigh over it or frown over but this is a really fun cycle. That’s not all; the pillion rider will also have to share the trouble of pedaling with the rider, as there is no chain mechanism. The front paddle connects through a linkage and lets the pillion rider take up some responsibility. In perfect bonhomie, two people can have a bike ride and enjoy the ‘experience of sharing’. The bike is aptly named DUO.
