Even before people who think they know it all and we are absolute idiots get started on this; yes, I know that Ferrari does not make bikes. But then, that is as of today. One day surely the ‘Prancing Horses’ will go out of their way and make a bike that befits their amazing craft and technology. I mean, the Empire of the Bikes also needs the Ferrari touch some day. What? You think they will never make one? Well, who are you to put limitations on our imagination and creativity. We can dream whatever we want. Now one cool dude has gone ahead and made that into reality.
The Ferrari FXX bike is here... or this is what it might look like if Ferrari ever decides to churn one out of Maranello. The guy who built his own Ferrari FXX bike took a Yamaha Marco Milandri Spider bike which he bought on ebay and built this Ferrari. He says that this is what a bike made by Ferrari and Yamaha in tandem would look like. Both of them working together is highly unlikely but we do get a great preview or maybe a ‘dream bike’ of what would happen if they do happen to join hands.
He started off by basically taking a Tamiya Yamaha kit, a Top Studio detail kit, some Crazy Modeler PE kits and a CM decal sheet. The front forks were then lowered and the rear was stretched. If this was going to be Ferrari, then it had to have a low and a little longer look to make it appear more aggressive. I really like the sound of that and it really again points to some fine attention to detail. The body work on this is also awesome and the Ferrari logo showing up on the back of the wheel and on the engine is simple cool.
I like the fact that this guy put all the effort he could in trying to make this look like a Ferrari FXX. The white line on top of course is expected, but it is also done to absolute perfection. Let me be honest and say that the white line suits the bike better than the car. Obviously, Studio 27 carbon fiber worked well. Take a look for yourself and the pictures tell a story themselves. You don’t want to miss this. All I can say to the guy who made this is- Great work and keep going!
