Apparently, an engineer at Ford built this custom trike for personal use, and he built it well enough to get 125mpg fuel economy. The trike can seat two, and is built on a chassis made of aircraft materials. Power comes from a 250cc, four stroke motorcycle engine mated to a six speed transmission. The street legal bike weighs only 505 lbs, and has a 0.16 coefficient of drag; that more or less explains its great fuel efficiency. It was selling on eBay for a starting bid of $15,600 and the auction ended without any bids.
