Designed by Edsel B. Ford, son on Henry Ford, the legendary 1932 Ford was born at the time of the Great Depression. Referred mostly as the ‘Deuce’, the three most popular models are the 3- and 5-window Coupes and the Roaster. Above all, it is the 1932 Roadster that has been able to create the longest lasting impression so that it is now recognized as America’s classic hot rod... popularized greatly also for getting the first mass-produced V8 engine, and in 2007, the classic hot rod is destined to celebrate its 75th anniversary.
To commemorate this august event, a strictly limited 100 vehicles, officially licensed ‘75th Anniversary Deuce’ classic hot rod will be offered by Hot Rods & Horsepower, LLC, manufacturer of the Dearborn Deuce. It will also offer on auction the first 75th Anniversary Deuce produced and donate the proceeds to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
