Daimler Chrysler is not the only one busy publicizing its cars for the North American International Auto Show to be held in January, there are a few others who want the viewers to be nosy about their camp in Detroit. General Motors ‘as though trying to emulate Chrysler’ have released an interior shot of the 2008 Malibu, concurrently affirming to unveil a production version of this car at the Detroit Auto Show 2007.
The single image revealed exemplifies the dashboard and the fore seats. The fore seats are done in a two-tone leather trim (reminiscent of the Saturn Aura XR) nullifying all speculations of better material usage. The interior looks more spacious as compared to its forerunner and it is evocative of Chevrolets archetypal dual cockpit design.
Its Forerunner was a big success both in terms of quality and in terms of safety and GM has proclaimed this one to be one-upping than its antecedent, which means if any of you are at Detroit in January , missing this one from Chevrolet, will be an explicit gaffe!
