This year’s Canadian Auto Show was not only about cars. The Winter Park constructed by General Motors near the show centre attracted attention as much. It was flooded with sculptures of winter sports activities like skiing and figure skating. But the spotlight went to the ice sculpture of Chevy Camaro. The Camaro Ice was carved out of appx. 26,000 lbs. of ice requiring an optimal minus 8 degrees Celsius for its maintenance and a full 250 hours to complete. Now wonder it was such a success.
