The Green Venom - Formula ECO concept from designers Erol Kursani, Christoph Dottelmayer and Mathias Mayrhofer looks to revitalize, or should we say, change Formula 1 racing. Inspired by the Green Mamba, the racing car draws its power from a three-phase AC induction motor hooked to a lithium-sulfur battery. The concept sports cutting edge technology of the day to be a competitor in the high-power races. We’re all for environmentally friendly cars, and as much as we hate to say it, this car isn’t likely to be a competitor to the cars we have in F1, let alone being the one to “revitalize” Formula 1 racing.
