This new scooter named GRO Scoot has been made keeping the above things in mind. The scooter is classified as bicycle so it does not require a license plate number to be on the road. Moreover Electricity can power it enough to run at 30 kmph for 40-50KM per charge.
The scooter is cheaper that a Segway as it is bearing a price tag of just $2000.
