GTM in conjunction with Midlands STADCO engineering company has increased turbo power in their 40TR. The refurbished beast will sport a more powerful 300bhp engine and superior exterior design.
The car is completely re-designed after considering feedbacks of all GTM prospective customers as said by Lloyd Taylor, General Manager of GTM Cars Ltd. He added:
Potential and existing GTM customers made us aware of the requirements for a more powerful version of the 40TR so we have boosted the Honda engine to over 300bhp, making the ultra light racing car even faster but still superb value for money.
40TR improved power is projected to reach 60mph in approximately 3.5sec and top speed more than 150mph for the racing tracks as well as for roads with added vision to run on biofuel.
The two-seater car is a sporty structure of aluminium and is estimated to cost between £14,000 to £16,000.
