Gwyn Harvey has come up with a brilliant idea to check people, who break slated speed limits on the road. With the use of some scintillating sensor combinations, a small signal flasher on the roadside warns the driver, if he is over speeding, before he approaches the bump. If the driver pays heed to the warning signal by cutting down on acceleration, the bumps do not rise from the ground and the driver crosses without a hiccup .

However, there is different treatment for speed fanatics. People who do not have the courtesy to slow down in spite of the warning signals will get one heck of a bump, as the bumps automatically rise above the ground for cars breaking the speed limit ... well-done Mr. Harvey!(check out the video).
