The Beast:

Remember Honda Insight? I loved that car for its drop dead stunning look. The original 3-door model has a hybrid electric engine technology, optimized aerodynamics and a lightweight aluminum structure. Sometime back Honda had announced the release of its second generation Insight hybrid in 2009. But recently a few scoops about the automobile have surfaced.

The Machine:
The battery and control unit of this 5-seater are placed beneath the cargo space and includes an internal combustion engine and an electric motor for assistance. Honda also claims significant cost and weight reduction with the new car, allowing the hybrid to reach more customers.

The Thrill:
I have to admit that the fuel economy is very disappointing but I personally think that sensible use of throttle, brakes and transmission might yield impressively higher results. However, I would any day vouch for this automobile for its impressive “killer” looks, all that and the low price will certainly allure a few!
