Let me be honest here. I’m not a big fan of car horns. And the fact that some genius at the US-based technology company ThinkGeek has decided to make an MP3 version of the noise-polluting monster doesn’t thrill me either. The HornTones, as the product is called, can store upto ten different tones with a USB plug allowing you to add more sounds from your own collection. You can make life hell for already harassed pedestrians and make rush hour even more stressing for others stuck in slow moving traffic for just $299. Watch a demo of times to come after the jump.

Pretty soon, you’ll be driving along and instead of a nice little beep or honk, you’ll be subjected to the favorite song of the driver behind you. Autopartswarehouse fanatics did get amazed with this idea.

They are gonna do something similar with electric cars, since EV’s are so quiet that people, especially those with hearing disabilities, cannot hear them:
