husmen 699gto

How about half a dozen vintage Ferrari designs rolled into one contemporary design concept that could just see the light of the day? Take at look at this very scorching hot Husmen GTO699 concept, which is the handiwork of Emre Husmen, a transportation design student at IED, Turin. Amidst excited profanities from all you Ferrari fans who think this is one hot Ferrari, wait for this. This concept has taken inspiration from almost half a dozen Ferrari’s including the 250 GTO, 250 TR, P4, the current 599 GTB Fiorano and even Alfa Romeo’s 8C Competizione. That is a long list of very hot fast cars for some real inspiration. And to make this hot, crouched, angry looking sportscar hotter, Husmen has sculpted the entire body of the car with very tough carbon fiber. This makes the 699GTO, which is dimensionally very similar to the present day 599, lighter by almost 200 kilos. And this light sports car gets a mean twin-supercharged V8 engine which can really make this muscle machine real fast. And who says powerful V8’s can only guzzle gas and pollute the planet, the 699GTO actually runs on biofuel which will have the green brigade smiling, for a change. Hurtling down the narrow Italian hillside roads gets easier with hydraulic suspension and here is one very deft touch. The Husmen 699GTO also gets a parking sensor with a rear camera to keep your precious Husmen from having a nasty scratch when you are backing up. Now the, Knock out punch. How about this? This concept could soon see real roads with a coach builder in Italy planning to launch this awesome sportscar.
