coach ad campaign

An advertising campaign for Swedish Airport Coaches by the ACNE Advertising Agency gets top marks for creativity, minus the agencies name of course. They created a sculpture on the highway to the airport, a sculpture made of 50 cars and designed to look like a shuttle bus. The campaign wants travelers to give up cars and use the bus shuttle service instead for their trip to the airport. The scrap cars in the sculpture relates to the number of cars that would be off the road if everyone used the service. The website of the coaches keeps a (real-time) track of the number of vehicles and the CO2 emissions saved. It is an interesting idea, and a campaign that hits the nail squarely on the head.
