Dare to speed beyond the speed limit two beeps will warn you; another 5 mph beyond you will be alerted with a violent shake of the seat; still no heed to the warnings then the Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) will automatically slow your car down to the mandatory speed limit.
Sounds like a great gadget; would truly make cars and roads much safer. The technology can be attributed to the Motor Industry Research Association with financial backing from U.K. Department for Transport (DfT). The gadget uses keeps track of the vehicle through GPS and mapping system to pinpoint the locationa dn the speed at which it is cruising.
