So are you willing to shell out that much? It seems automakers are merely looking for ways to double their income. Recently, a consumer group accused automakers of gouging the prices for replacement digital keys. Do one really need navigation screen to be integrated to the processing unit or have irreplaceable glass cover on Xenon headlight units? And also the High-tech manufacturing method of BMW’s which only doubles the cost? Even the required airbags can be really taxing when given for repair ( not that I am disclaiming its use). With the rising cost of high tech gadgets one should think clearly before digitizing every aspect of their machine.
