Of all the good things Japan has ever given us, anime and sushi definitely are the most prized imports. But Japanese electronics and cars also make a case for themselves right along with their brilliant horror flicks. And though I’d still give and arm and a leg for movie tickets to a Japanese horror movie festival, I’m told that Japanese cars are becoming less popular in Japan itself! Oh the horror! Japan’s top economic site, Nikkei.net has reported that domestic sales in the country for cars, trucks and buses fell 3.6% on the year, the second month in a row after the first six of months this year saw sales decline by 1% for the third year straight. Hmmm… so why did we need to know that fact exactly? Because economists in Japan believe car sales each month are the first indicators that set the tone for the economy later on. Geez… one more Japanese custom we don’t understand!

I thought that even though gasoline are soaring high right now, car sales are increasing?Maybe that’s only in America. Japan cars are great, they got advance ideas an d cool technologies. And they got nice Auto Influence from Americans too.
