Here is another concept car designed by a British car designer and is named in Japanese and will most likely never find its way on to the road at any point of time. While I do understand that 99% of concept cars will not make it on to the road even in the next century or so one feels that sometimes people are wasting too much time on stuff that never materializes. That is not to put down this fabulous ‘stretching neck’ concept but it is just sad to see sometimes how such unique and special concepts never materialize in to anything substantial.
Britisher Nicholas Lee Dunderdale describes ‘Kassou’, which is Japanese for ‘Glide’, as “a very compact 3-wheel vehicle, with rear splitting doors and a sitting configuration that mimics a Jet–ski or motorbike arrangement in having a central ‘bench’ for two people and moped like controls at the front.”

The large glazing of the cockpit is attached to an adjustable rubber neck which can be expanded and contracted to improve aerodynamics or inside headroom, and a ‘side-car’ can be attached via a lower section of the vehicle which also provides an extendable structure for storage of bags and even bikes. The concept is really nice and cute and makes for a wonderful little concept car.

i must agree to your idea. This will never be out on the market. Just hopes there will be more cars that is not hard on the pocket. it turning to be a liability, specially the gas prices. i have read on Autopartswarehouse about running it on water. any idea about it?
Yes, that is pretty much the perennial problem with concept cars. If only these brilliant young minds could get a tad bit more practical and create something that will really interest the big boys to rope them in then we will see a revolution very quickly in the auto world. First make a place for yourself and then take it a step further!!!
