Lamborghini is readying a new supercar for debut next year. Called SV, the new supercar will roundup the Murcielago legacy. Poised to get a V12, the new car will be atleast a 100kg lighter than the current Murcielago LP640 and with more horses.
Weight loss will come from a liberal use of carbon fiber in place of metal, removal of front differential and driveshafts, and a few more tricks that include a farewell to the audio system, which will go optional. Getting juice from a 6.5L V12, with a possibility of reaching 680bhp and 516lb-ft of torque, the SV will be more powerful than the Reventon (pictured).
