The world’s first gas-electric SUV limo created by Limelite CoachWorks is a byproduct of a Chevrolet Tahoe hybrid, 13 feet of steel, several flat-screen TVs and two fiber-optic illuminated cocktail bars. The lustrous body makes the limousine look spectacular. The interiors include comfy seating with strobe lights, two bars, illuminated glassware and decanters which make the insides of the automobile very inviting!

Mike Williams, a representative of Limelite says that they preferred opting for the hybrid Tahoe as it gets 80 percent better fuel economy than conventional SUV limos. Unlike the regular gas guzzling cars which use remaining gas to power gadgets inside the vehicle when parked, this one uses it’s batteries. Thus, the Limo apart from looking uber-stylish also helps you save a lot of money in the long run.

The company plans to introduce many such cars in the future. They also claim that the next one on the lookout would be a 220 inch car, which will comprise of Chevrolet Tahoe’s hybrid system. The birth of this project assures the journey of hybrid limos has just begun!

That limo looks so tight. Using that hybrid limo on a date would make girls like me melt, that’s for sure. If you are reading this reader Axle Pipe, I’m giving you a heads up :P I wish I could dump some appliances on that limo.
The 2008 Tahoe Hybrid is available with better fuel economy then any of his competitors. When you pair the two-mode technology with our Active Fuel Management system, the Tahoe Hybrid offers up to 50% better city fuel economy over the non-hybrid Tahoe. I am really glad that they decided to use the Hybrid Tahoe.
