Auto freaks may have an idea about Lincoln’s upcoming SUV, but they were equally curious about the introduction as well as launch of the new crossover. Need not to tickle your spy sense anymore, as few daring spy shooters have not only been able to pick the mysterious test mule but also successfully captured the pictures in their camera in Detroit recently.
The camouflaged frame of the test mule looks quite similar to the Lincoln MKS sedan, disclosed in the recent past. The new SUV’s sheet metal resembles the Taurus X wagon outwardly, also used in the first test mules of the Ford Flex.
Many skeptical people may question the authenticity of the information, but one thing is sure that Lincoln is striving for a more comfortable and even more technically refined version of its own, in the near future hopefully. Have fingers crossed that you will find some clue about the much-awaited SUV at the 2008 Detroit Auto Show.
