Parking usually is a dull affair, you find a place, park a car and move out. The Célestins underground parking probably isn’t much different, but it offers another, totally unrelated to car-parking way of fun. The base of the parking holds a rotating mirror, which can be viewed from an above ground periscope to see the parking in an entirely new way. It looks something like an optical illusion, which only gets better when you realize that you’re looking at a seven story underground structure. Video after the jump.
